Mike90 I didn't know there was such thing as a quick gain - it's taken me ages!
Not much need for me to use a gym anyway since running is my priority and treadmills arn't the best for that.

im currently going to the life fitness gym every morning apart from sunday because im tired from working the weekend then i go swimming to cool down its working wonders for me iv also bought a smoothie maker and started eating properly
