Joining Questions

Hi well i am hopeing to be joining the RAF in the next year or two but i've been told that they are strict with eye health and was wondering seeing as i want to be an electrical engineer in the RAF i was wondering could i get in if im short sighted ( i wear glasses for this) and if i was to get in what would be required of me (just to be sure and know what im getting into) Thanks

HI, i got in with long sighted eyes and whilst having to wear glasses all the time no problem. so im sure short sighted isnt to much of an issue for you.
best thing to do is ring the afco and check?
