Balanced Diet

Post by Gadget »

Hey Guys,

Im just at the start of getting in shape for my PGAC. Im 18 years old, live on my own and for the last 6 months have not been eating well at all. Now I'm no chef or dietition so was hoping a fellow REG hopeful can offer me some advice or ideas for a weekly diet plan.

Thanks

Yes, I eat pasta most days because it seems to give the energy you need. That said it does get boring after a while so try mixing in some chicken, or bacon, or whatever.
