Hello guys,
Im on my way up to York today with 4 Para for selection can anyone out there shed any light as to what will actually be going on as ive been told numerous things!!

Well done mate! What was the selection like anyway? Going for the regulars myself but interested to know. I'm guessing it was an RSW you went on, your correct that if you wish to airborne then you have to obtain higher standards the other units there. When I say airborne I don't just mean 4 Para, when I did the RSW I had to attain higher standards than other potential recruits due to my unit being an airborne unit.
Basically I had 9.30 to do a pft 1.5mile run in, I'm more than addament you would of had to achieve the same standard oh and you had to do 10 pull ups.
