Look it up on Youtube or the army website.

hes talking about the RAF Regiment mate so it would be PGAC not ADSC.

Buck91 are you asking what you will do on PGAC (selection) or what type of training you should be doing before selection or basic training?

Im sure someone on the site will be able to help you mate good luck with your application.

Buck if you have a look through the RAF joining and Training section theres already loads of info about the interveiw, medical and PGAC. Your first formal interveiw will mainly cover your knowledge of the RAF and your job choice. Hope this helps mate.

buck91,

Finding out what the names of the RAF Regiment Squadrons are, what they are capable of and where they are based will be a good start. That may also help you decide which squadron you might be interested in. (E.G. - II Squadron, Parachute capability).

Also, you will be sent on a Potential Gunners Acquaintence Course or PGAC. This will be a 3/4 day course at RAF Honnington where you will do swimming test, bleep test, 3 mile run, press ups and sit ups test etc, etc.

Hope that helps.
