Finally rang up my AFCO today to see where my dates were as its been over a month now and they told me id get them the week i did my medical haha.
They told me 25th May over the phone, 2 months away but im papping it now as iv got a deadline
Going for my first run today since about 6 weeks ago due to an injury, my worst fear now is the physiotherapy hasnt been doing anything and its going to cause me pain still
Any other lads on here on tht date?

I meant it in the sense of having 2 months fella to go lol.
Well when i first started training a few months ago it was going fine untill i got an injury to my left leg, wasnt allowed to run whilst having physiotherapy which really pissed me off big time! After shelling out alot of cash for the physio i decided it wasnt solving anything, so iv stopped going now and went for my first run in about 8 weeks today and to my dissapointment its like being back at square one again(just managing over a mile and half) and my leg is still in pain from running .
But im not giving up, pain or no pain im not failing PGAC, it would kill me.
