what happen's when i fail the 1.5 mile run at catterick?

just wondering when i arrive at catterick,and do another 1.5 mile run and either i run it slow or i'm no were as near what my adsc 1.5 mile was. what's likely to happen?

A bit of confidence helps. Keep running for now and up your timings.

the best way of doing your mile and half times i found it.. a normal 2 week programe would be for example
Run 1.5 mile monday, wedneday friday time your self sunday.
run tuesday thursday saturday and time yourself monday.

its a good way of doing it as your not running contastly looking at ur watch.. and when yu do you can see the slight improvments on your time.. this has worked for me and a few of my mates.. i hope you may use this idea.. but like a comment above said.. catterick just wanna know where your fitness level is at when your arive :) hope this helps :D

I was just thinking that, are you going there expecting to fail? I remember my first 1.5 miler at Catterick. Because of people talking it turned out to be a beasting session afterwards and then another 1.5 best effort at the end. Doesn't sound much now but at the time I was hanging.
