Back Pain

Post by Becci Stubbs »

hi i was wondering if anyone can help.

I am currently having Physio on my lower back as i have had a little pain from it recently, the physio seems to be making it worse rather than better?
My spine is fine and in line it is the muscles that are the problem as the muscles on one side of my back are larger than the other side.
She says with the pysio it will fix itself?
The point i am getting to is i have been medically deffered until May due to this and i have to write a diary of my training.
Is there anything i can do to strengten my back or help it in any way so i can continue with training. :(

Well i wouldn't advise sit ups for you their crap, I had an accident in tunisia that almost resulted in me being paralysed and i have a slight ache in the middle of by back on the right side, i find it started to go away when i done a few simple stretches in the morning.

Hands to the roof, hands to you're toes keeping you're back straight, left hand over you're head trying to touch the wall to you're right without turning, and other way round.. I'd ask you're physio first thou, if you're there in the first place it's worth taking a professionals advice..
