POC or PRMC

So, it has been a little while. Found that the forums have been primarily Army instead of Navy and with having nothing but my training to do for next May, I havent had much to do on here.

Question:

If I do my second POC and fail....or pass and subsequently fail the AIB, can I instantly do a PRMC or would I have to wait 12 months to try out through ther PRmc route? (I would be too old to try again for POC)
