Oh yes, and mine on the 9th of April not the 8th, I've just checked! I got the info but I'm not sure what else I need to know other than the run times and fitness stuff!!!
Do you know what you need to do in the icebreaker?? If you do please help??

Yes I used to live in Margate and I'm going for Royal Military Police! Yourself? My Fitness is OK I can run the 1.5 mile in 9.45 then do it again straight after and do it 10.20 but I do alot of 6 mile runs too! Thanks yeah loved the selection days they were really good done more press ups in those two days than ive ever done in my life!
Are you in, ex or joining the army, yourself?
