Just passed my ADSC and will be joining the Army on the 21st of July for Royal Military Police! Anyone have any tips or bits of advice to help me before I go in? Anything like things to take in with me that are vital or fitness tips to help me prepare for the training or just anything that will help?!
Anything and everything will be much appreciated! I'm sure it will help me and future readers and stop future readers asking it again!

BARBS Test - 05/12/07 - Passed for Paras
Interview - 11/02/08 - Passed

Not sure really, just think that is when the next intake is for it. Intakes before were probably full up!?
