But yeh, thanks for the info. Just realised I've been doing pressups wrong this whole time, didn't realise you had to use your arms, I was told "its all in the hips..." or that might have been my ballet cla... er... my extremely gangster hip hop pow pow classes. :roll:

I know that this will have been said before but I'm going to say it anyway:just do pushups to failure, situps to failure, pullups to failure repeat a few times. Do that every day for a few months and you will almost certainly be well over the standards.

You shouldn't be concentrating on the minimum. The whole idea of training and the PRMC is that you do the best you can, 100% on everything. If you go down there with the attitude of 'Minimum' you will fail. The PRMC is by no means easy.

I'm certain I'm not training for the minimum! My PRMC is in September, I'm applying for RMR (only PJFT to go untill I attend Holding Troop). I just wanted to know the minimum to increase confidence. Training 100% is obvious. I forget who has the quote but someone has attached under their posts that if you find training hard it just means you haven't trained hard enough for that level of training. Something like that anyway. Spot on.
