Another quick question, is taking of supplements such as protein allowed in depot???

there was a guy in my platoon who was taking them energy gel things during p-coy he failed and was told it was down to them because all you need is water and taking them things sap more water

You can pick up energy gels that are isotonic, they do not need to be watered down further to enter your blood stream, so they won't sap further water supplies. Now these gels exist I can still never understand why people use the non-isotonic kind that do sap water; the situations you would consider using gels are usually the very same situations you'ld want as much water as possible.

Definitely don't take creatine as it causes leg cramps which you pretty obviously don't want.
