Agree with a lot of the above. What's this obsession with bulking up? And mention of steroids in one post? FFS! OK you might look tough, maybe you can get a job as a night club bouncer - where a battle will last 30 seconds at most. You can be lean and strong at the same time. Power/weight ratio and CV fitness and stamina are key and the less weight you have to drag around the better.

On a serious note I wouldn't reccomend trying to see how much you can squat or the classic "How much can you bench". It's about the easiest way to injure your back. Especially squatting as if you have ridiculous weight and fall over with that huge metal barbell you could imagine what might happen.
