Training completed

Post by Greg The Great »

Hi all. Firstly, apologies for not being on here for a while (many of you won't know me) but I've been quite busy....

I passed out of CTC on Friday with 942 Troop.

I joined 14 months ago with 931 Troop and I've been in Hunter Company twice due to injuries.

To all of you - whatever stage of the process you're at - I wish you the best of luck. Stick with it, remember why you joined and make sure you keep sight of your goals.

Expect the unexpected, when you're exhausted push harder and do everything you do to the best of your abilities.

Everything is achievable, it just may not look it at the time.

See you at a unit.

Regards,
Greg.

Well done Greg, 14 months is a long haul.

No doubt you already have your draft details.

Stand-by for a shock. After training and the joys of Lympstone I believe you will find a unit another world.
:D :D

Cheers guys.

I'm off to 40 Cdo tomorrow, breaking for Christmas for two weeks on Friday. In the new year I'm off to Afghan on 16th January until the end of the tour as a BCR.

There's nothing like learning the hard way eh...

Greg.

Well done mate!!! All the best and keep ya head down!!
- If you overtrained, it means that you didn't train hard enough to handle that level of training

- Perseverance is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did
