Thats what I was thinking.. the workouts he has there. There's plenty :)

Just wondering if anyone wanted to step their game up that much.
And if they could do triple clap press ups :P

Burpees in training are pressup then jump in the air either doing a star jump or just 6 inches off the floor, but make sure you do them correctly or the PTI will f@#k you over!! Normally you do 50-100 of each excercise!

Finishers are good. I usually just do somthing like a max set of push ups/pull ups or farmers walk with 40kg dumbbells for a few mins.
Before you insult someone, first walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you insult them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes.
