Aren't there several types of body types. Ectomorph (which is muscular & strong) & endomorph (stocky & fat). If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Mesomorph - Muscular Build. Easily gains and loses weight. Low body fat. Broad Shoulders and Chest

Ectomorph - Skinny Build. Hard to put on weight. Long thin muscles. Low Body Fat

Endomorph - Larger Build. Hard to lose weight. Larger muscles than ectomorph. High bodyfat level.

I think thats about right guys :wink:

They're never 100% accurate mate, and i'm sure we all know that. They're just general groupings so we shouldn't worry about it too much.
