recently i have notcied that my right foot has tilted upwards at the front. my right side of my foot has lowered. im having to were another sock on that foot to make it more comfortable. on PRMC the doctor was speakin to us about this and it can cause shin splint s. what shoyuld i do? advice need desperatly since i start RT in a week!
got to Week 7 and left :(

Do you have fallen arches mate? Sounds like that???

no because its on the other side of my foot the outward side on my right foot, right foot right side?????????????????????

sounds like what i have mate, and it has caused me to get shin splints on my right tibia, go have it looked at by a pro (foot specalist) that is what i did and wll be getting orthotics next week, trust me you dont want shin splints, mine have lasted 5 weeks so far and have only just started to get better :evil:

Ice them everytime after you do any CV just incase mate. He is right mate you don't want them they reoccur and are a pain to get rid of.
