Seeing as your "realy skinny" i would advise pullups. On a serious note, swimming is a good start. 4 times a week if you can at least. And increase the time you swim. start at 20 minutes and every week add 10 minutes to your swim time. try to do 45 lengths in 30 minutes in a 25meter pool. Once your injury gets a bit better start cycling. Once you have fully recovered start running again, but not a moment before.
