Intelligence Analyst - Specialist Interview

Hi Guys,

Does anyone here have any idea what the specialist tests and interviews are like for Intelligence Analyst as I'm applying for it at the moment and want to be prepared. And also any tips on how to get fit for my Pre-Joining Fitness Test, I'm not a strong runner at all so I'm finding it really hard!!

join your local running club they should hlp sort out your running circuit trainning, and my trainner is constantly recommending spin classes for cardiovasicular work, swimming and cross traininer are also good for low resistance cardio vasicular work out's and of course sprint sessions good luck
