tabbing before catterick?

I have been told by my liason officer not to do any tabbing before going to Catterick but mates in the marines have said I should. Is it necessary or are long runs, press ups, situps and free weights etc sufficient?cheers

listen to your afco mate, they will know best for you. also you may injure yourself, then your f@cked, and your afco will have no sympathy for you.
