deafness

I applied some years ago for a pension on deafness attributed to war service. IT WAS ACCEPTED AS WAR ATTRIBIBUTED but was turned down because it was below 20 per cent. I understand a certain Army major took his case to the high court but I have heard nothing about since has anyone heard anything?? MOFF

Try going through the R.B.L. I got mine but it was over 20% but my brother in law ,who was in the Corps for nine 66-74 he got a lump sum , and has to get rechecked evey 4 years then he will get another lump sum if it gets worse
