The original 'Dirty Dozen' tell their story. An hour of Boys Own stuff. "There was a sandstorm on - but we parachuted anyway" (!) "Lost 50%" (!) Huuurahhh.
Typical BBC moment though - after the finish, the effite presenter says "The next archive hour will be an in-depth look at GAY radio..." Talk about juxtaposition...!

Pity the first drop was a disaster .An amazing program .
Maybe an overhill stab but not ready to hang
my kit in yet .If not quite death from the flanks
certainly a nasty fright.:)
