Not sure what the time is now, but aim for around 9 minutes and you'll be fine.

You gotta be joking, if i ran it in 9 min that would be on a bike, not a treadmill!

9-10minutes is a good time. Aim for that and you'll be fine.

mate im not being harsh but if your 3 miller time is 36 minutes like it says in your signature then you are no way ready for your pjft or your prmc for that matter try putting it off for a few months its better to go later but better prepared!

Even if it is a joke I was still like him, maybe even worse. I could barly run a mile never mind 1 1/5 in 9 minutes :o. I managed to get to to 10.05 minutes and still today I can't get a better time then 12 minutes on 1.5 miles. God knows how I did it.

Hankins wrote:lol, 7:20 thats quick, don't think you need to be this fast but, it will definetly help you in training, as for you hobbsy, if you can run 3 miles in 18:07 i wouldn't be too worried about anything in the running category, the best i did a 3 miler in was about 19:30 and i might not be the best runner but i still get by fine and i passed the prmc with ease, so i don't think that you should have any problems.
He wrote this in another thread. :x

Before you insult someone, first walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you insult them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes.
