hello wazza, matt? Warrick? as for phys.....umm if spending most of the time drunk and running from club to club because it's cold counts..then yes! but if not i've done jack sh#t really. there blatently gonna hit us hard with the phys anyway so we'll just have to get out heads down and crack on! everyone have a good xmas??

How did you find the speedmarch on baptist run?
How did you find the ropes, I've completed every climb so far, but I seem to be getting closer and closer to not making it each time!!

Im pretty rubbish at speed marches. I always hang out soo much, whereas yomps I find ok. I have the same problem with ropes as you, everytime it seems to get harder, maybe its a mental thing- but I have done the climb with the full weight soo I should be ok. A good tip is to always look up the rope and kick your legs OUT not down, this flicks your hips foward and makes each shift easier.
