Is there anything in particular that's prompted the re-write Sandy?

Is it because every one keeps getting injured? and are you making it harder? My friend is in the paras and he said when he was in training loads and loads of people got injured.

He also said the paras need their own version of PRMC instead of a (in his words) crappy RSC. whats your views on that. Myself personally would agree. And again he said you need to be getting sub 9 min 1.5 at least to get in. true or nay?

I think Sandy is talking about the actual recruit PT programme ie; what you will do at Depot rather than a training programme to be posted on here.

If you want to keep up with Sandy then that wouldn't be a bad idea 8)

I think to argue with that would be like signing a death sentence (but probably worse! hehe)

When will the new programme be in place, in the New Year?

Also, probably a daft queston but will there be any kind of boxing training or something similar included?

I used to dread the "core strengthening" sessions of PT. I worked out we did over 500 pressups in one of them :o

One of the other things that i hated was "doing the lines" in the gym. All the markings on the gym floor for basketball, badminton etc etc, we had to start at one end and do 10 pressups on 1 line then the next we did 10 knees to chest and the next we did 10 pressups etc etc all the way to the end after doing EVERY single bloody line and then bunny hops back to the start. That used to kill me
