I heard N-Balance where the best shoes to have. atm I just stick to my ASICS

True, do a search under running shoes I did a thread on this recently - Nu Balance are really good and not that expensive.

If they look flash/expensive then don't waste your money and if you possibly can buy them in a proper running shoe/triathlon shop when they can advise on your style of running.

Awesome. can i use them for the 3 mile run? because they would be a advantage.

As far as i know you run the 3 miler in trainers (you supply your own) and maybe pusser can supply some if you can't? and the boots your issued with are used for the Assualt course and Bottom field? This right?

You wear you own trainers for everything except Bottom Field.
