You have to get over 180 on the RMFA so if everything else is strong you will be alright. If you have two very weak areas though it's time to start wetting the bed.

When I went on the POC there was a lad who got a score of:
25 press ups
85 sit ups
2 chin ups
12.5 bleep test

He got RMFA score of 182 which got him past day 1, although he did fail in the end because his score overall wasn't up to standard.

On the debrief they tell you that they expect to see:

13 bleep test
50 press ups
70 sit ups
10 chin ups

If you can hit those apart from press ups you'll be fine. I hope that puts your mind at rest.

Im currently in the same situation as you (although for PRMC), my running and situps are fine, but my pressups and pullups are fairly bad. I've recently started pumping out pressups every now and then throughout the day. Keep them good quality and after a week or so you should see little improvements which will keep growing as you keep doing it. Best of luck with it mate.

Upper body counts for about 20%. If you have a good cardio fitness then you shouldn't have too much of a problem.

I managed 78 pressups on my POC, but it didn't get me anywhere as my running was awful. I was surprised when I was passed.
