Come on Flo, let the lad have his moment. It is his 18th after all. I'm sure if he tells his corporal that it's his 18th birthday he'll arrange something very special for the occasion!!! Who knows, maybe a nice little birthday cake with 100's & 1000's on top (possibly even chocolate if he's been a really good boy), breakfast in bed with nice little rose petals for decor with a lovely hot mug of cocoa, and maybe his corporal will even sing a solo version of Happy Birthday to him!!

The way you are speaking Flo, anybody would think he's joining the Armed Forces!!

Seriously chap, you really want to think about what you are doing if you think the army is the sort of place to give you special treatment when its your birthday, especially during basic.

What corps/regiment are you joining anyway?

Stop acting like a spoilt child  You asked a silly question what you expect, take us/this board more seriously and you might get some respect in return. We have no time for numpties with numpty questions.

I am around this weekend and if you post abuse on this board I will delete it forthwith
