POC instead of PRMC???

Theres a lad in my troop who passed POC but failed AIB. He came in to Rt without doing prmc again but had to do recruit test and pjft because you dont do them for the officer application.

Cheers for all that, I'm sure they must go on individual performance rather than saying 'everyone who passes POC and fails AIB can go in RT' At least it gives some peace of mind.

I can see why you would do the apptitude tests again but why do you have to do the PJFT? I thought that was just to see if you were fit enough for the PRMC and if you done your POC already it seems a bit redundant. Anyway I'm sure they have a reason for it.
