ITV 2, 9 O'clock.

Watching it at the moment, he's doing an endurance marathon across the Sahara desert. Thought it might be interesting for those of your in to this kind of thing. Jack tends to say it is how it is, no crap.

Will give it a miss. However i did see his episode where he trained to become a Muay Thai fighter. He did a pretty good job of it.
