Unsure, feels like just a strain in the front of my left shin but it not getting better quick enough for my liking.
Did it on Saturday running, it's ok to walk on now but I can't jog yet. Driving hurts as well. I'm sure it'll be fine by PRMC time but it's the time spent not being able to improve my CV fitness that's worrying me most.

Get some Tiger Balm on it and do some gentle stretches. Best one I found for shins is to put the sole of your foot against a wall whilst facing it and lean in. Worked a treat when I had pains there.

Don't mean to try and teach you to suck eggs mate so tell me to shut up if I'm patronising you!

i think that tiger bomb has a very potent smell to it, the extra strength tiger balm smells cinnaminy (not a real word), and you know that anyone is wearing it because its almost as strong as a cologne, actually i think it could be worn as a cologne if you really wanted too

all in all though i think that it doesn't help at all, it just changes your mind set, so rather then the pain of the muscle in your shin being better, its more the less the tiger balm burning your skin. its all mental LOL
