SAS(R) Pre Selection/ Assessment Day

Anybody on here have any gen on what to expect for your Assessment Day at the SAS(R) Sqn in Hebburn, Tyne & Wear??

Also how do things pan out once onto the Pre Selection phase??

I served with 1 Para for 6 years up till 2 years ago, so i'm pretty fit and switched on--would just like a heads up really.
