Post by WannabBootneck »

Well lads, I've just got to say thanks to all everyone for all their advice because I made it!

It's up to fate now if I get from the pool to the batch!

Thanks once again!

to be honest.... everything that has been put in other posts is accurate!

Prepare for it- make sure your knowledge of RM is good, and you know all your examples of leadership from your Q 101 etc.

Be yourself- there's no wrong or right person to fit the bill! They're just looking for confident, clever people who are serious about joining, and aren't just doing it on a whim!

Enjoy it- if you relax and enjoy the whole thing you'll be more yourself, and perform better!

"Show 'em what you got"- they don't know you can, 'till you do! There not phsycic, so speak your mind nice and loud.

As for the tests: don't expect to finish them! I only finished the service test, which was quite reasonable really! You can't really prepare for them, so give it your best, and you can't do any more!

Good luck

Cheers lads,

I find out if I'm in the '06 Batch in mid July!

There were 3 other YO's on my Board, 2 others passed.

There was another Board boarding the day after me, which had another 4 YO's, but I don't know how any of those did.
