It varies
It depends on whether you are a Student Officer or Officer Cadet. This difference is largely dependant on whether you are a graduate or not. A 3 or 4 year degree means you get paid substantially more as you are given seniority dependant on the length of your degree course. Ex-Airmen will also have varying degrees of seniority based upon their previous non-commissioned service.
