yep, quite useful but it only mimics day 1 of PRMC if that.

fair play buddy. i had 20 on my prmc and 17 passed. we were told it was a very small course but it was a strong one, the boys that failed had to go cuz of bad injuries. other than that they wud hav passed. one guy survived bottom field but snapped tendons in his ankle in the tank trap at the start of the assault course, felt sorry for him.
