I have another newbie boots question. I bought some second-hand german paras which seemed to fit very well and walked five miles in them the other day with no problems.
However, after running in them only a mile or so today I got very bad blisters on the back of both heels.
I take it this is normal? Is it time to start buying large quantities of zinc oxide tape?
