By circuits i think he meant just a normall circuit with press ups, squats, med balls etc. He said you will do the circuit then they will open the doors and you will do a running circuit around the camp and then you might come in again and do it all again.

I was speaking to him for about 10 minutes and asked him about how fit i should be when i start. He said be fit but you dont have to be mega fit. He said some people go down there and you wont belive how unfit they have let themselves get after prmc so they normally drop out.

Also mentioned to do loads of pull ups because there great for upper body and loads of sit ups because they give you loads of sit ups in the first few weeks and even people with really toned abs struggle with them.
On the running side of things you do five mile runs so train at that distance but the runs stop after week 6 or something like that. In the first few weeks its mainly circuit training so the more you do of that the easier it will be.

It was great talking to someone whos recently passed out and give me a boost of motivation that i needed. July seems ages away
Neway hope that helps and makes sense.
Very helpful NUFC, cheers.

On the drop of fitness after PRMC, you can understand that to a certain degree. I don't usually have any problems with motivation but last few weeks I've had to literally drag myself out the door, the weather doesn't help around here (moan moan lol).
My CV is down a bit, as I suspected but 3 weeks will sort it out.
Upper body is probably better now.
