Looks like you need to get back out running then mate.
I would do some circuit training mate, I found that really helped me improve. Take a look at a thread I wrote earlier called 'Circuit Training:The Beast'.
This is the biggest thread hijack I have ever taken part in! Sorry prm_hanson, it wasn't just me.

I am sure if you work hard enough then you will pass.
Do not forget you have to do recruit test, interview, medical and PJFT before you even get a shot at a PRMC. I would not go storming off just yet.
Start doing regular exercise though, I would suggest that circuit 2-3 times a week plus a few runs. Always try and push yourself on the runs.
