POC 1st May

Post by WannabBootneck »

Anybody else going down on the 31st of April for the 1st May POC?

I've got my medical on the 5th April in Manchester, anybody from Manchester going to be there?

Also, what actually happens in the medical. [Jokes aside]

Cheers,

WbB

My medical is on the 5th too, but in Preston (strange since everything else I have done has been at Manchester AFCO); POC on the 24th. So travelling on the 23rd.

I am also not overly well clued up about the medical. I have filled in a massive form already declaring my history.

My mate who happens to be a doc has said not to worry.

no need to have any worries at all about the medical. piss test for diabetes, look in your ears, bend over to look at your spine (i think), a bit of breathing, blood pressure, a bunch of questions and your done

Oh no a 'Piss Test.'

I had one of those when I was last in hospital. I admit that was 16 years ago ( :o ) when I was 8, but it took me 3 hours!

I am going to be on Evian the night before. In regards to wear, I will be in a suit as I am going from work. Also, my mate who is in the RAF did not have his balls checked. The doc put his hand on the flat between the top of his penis and below his abs and asked him to cough.

Not that I am bothered about a bloke grabbing my testicles. Or am I?
