changing the subject here a bit lads but has anyone got any advice on how to improve number of press-ups as i start training the 21st of this month. before prmc my numbers were quite good but since passing ive been out on the lash 12 too many times and the amount of press-ups i can achieve has gone down. cheers

when you go out on the lash don't drink beer or lager. they contain dextrines from the bacterium saccharomyces cervasiaei which help maltsters produce the flavour of beers/lagers. theyre jam-packed full of calories. some beers have more than others varying taste.

drink whisky! :D
