I passed RSC about 2 weeks ago now and the TST is the least of all your worries. Most Signals/REME pass scores are 16/55 which is easy peasy, you get a calculator, you get plain paper (for workings out) and the questions are relatively easy.
It's things like adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing fractions/decimels/percentages, equations, formulas, ratios, adding, subtracting...I didn't even revise for the TST and I scored 49/55, considering I got a C at GCSE maths (AND I had to re-sit that exam just to get the C, it was previously a D). If you know how to add, subtract, multiply and divide then I think you will pass the test.
If you have any other questions about RSC then PM me.

Yea as the others said its really easy.
The only other thing there is which hasnt been mentioned is factorising.
All the other stuff is division, adding, etc. Just make sure you can multiply, add, subtract and divide fractions.
Pass mark for RE Electrician was something like 30 out of 55.
