Library access at the moment!

Yeh I live about 15 miles from Pen-Y-Fan lol...the area I actually live in is hilly as hell, I can't avoid em' on runs, so heart rate is always up, up up.

I was actually thinking of doing some light bergen stuff over there, thanks for the info.

that swim's not from week 8, we did that in week 4 with webbing and rifle

Hmmm dont seem to be working for me, they just dont load up on WMP, has any1 else got any vids of training theyde be realy appreciated
