PRMC passed

Post by slaphead_17 »

Well, just got back about 10 minutes ago from limpstone with my PASS certificate with me.

Scores are as follows!

Bleep test = 12.5
Press-ups = 51
Sit-ups =72
Pull-ups = 5
3 mile run pass
Assault course = 4.18

I loved the the PRMC and cant wait to start basic.

Thanks for the help that everybody has given to me on this forum, if I hadn’t discovered this forum i wouldn’t have been nearly as prepared for the PRMC, (if you ever can be)

if anybody has any questions ill be more then happy to do my best to answer them

We didn’t do the new format for the PRMC I.E. 3mile run first ect
We did the old one
.gym test 1
.assault course
.next day
.3 miler
.gym test 2

This was because the royal marine boxing championship was on at CTC so the gym was only available at certain times; we got to see a couple of fights witch was great

yer we got to meet a Canadian diamond who was in hunter, after he gets past his injury he just has his commando tests left, i THINK about 45-50 people where on the course with ABOUT 6-8 people failing. (But i could be way off i don’t know)

3 people dropped out on the 3 mile run and some in gym test 1, someone in my room was on his second PRMC and got 12 press-ups so he just left saying the marines wasn’t for him.

i think it was quit a successful prmc. no one failed if they made it through to the end.

The weather????, it was rain on the assault course and i fell in the water at the monkey bars 3 times lol
but i reckon its easier in rain then in the hot sun. On the 3 mile run it was very light rain so that to was an advantage. And in the gymnasium it was dark with a bit of warm windless air.
