 nice one, I was the only scouser on the course, I thought there would be more. All the other lads were sound so it wasn't that bad.

Press ups mate (Marine style ones). Do loads. Also pull ups.

Weight machines are alright, but best to do press ups/pull ups etc

Hey all,

Just wondering, of all the potential recruits that turn up for their PRMC, how many, in percentage terms can actually meet the maximum targets before going?

The reason I ask, is because I have my PRMC in six weeks. I can achieve the maximum fairly comfortably now and have been able to for a few month, but obviously this means nothing on the day if I'm not tuned in, etc.

It'll just be interesting to see how many people (an estimate) fail even though they were capable of achieving all targets before attempting their PRMC.

I hope that all made sense

On my one there was a fair few (if not most) who couldnt reach the maximums, purely cos you are still blowing out yer arse after the bleep test (there is no rest in between). None of these (except for a few) failed the course though.

All the best for your PRMC mate

Yes after the bleep test you will be feeling drained so take it in to consideration if u think your scores are good enough
