Hi there,
What kind of info were you after? There's lots to be had on the official website www.royal-navy.mod.uk and the you follow links to the RMR pages.
I'm currently in Phase 1A at RMR London so I'd be happen to answer any questions you have about selection or what the training evenings are like. Have not been on any deployments yet though!! Had my first training weekend a few days ago. Quite an eye opener! Tougher than I thought but still good fun.

Hi Ben
I went down to the presentation evening in March and havnt been down since due to the arrival of a new nipper, I think all who attended got asked if they wanted to join the Holding Troop, this allows you to attend the unit on training nights to help you build and maintain your physicle levals, you can just go on a Tuesday and ask to be added to the troop, its worth a visit, it give you an insite.
