While i cant talk from joining the RM's Im pretty sure they just do the standard PULHEEMS.

Its basically just checking the mobility of all your joints, that you can flex them ok.

Why are you concerned?

Hi F_M

I had my medical a few weeks ago. HardRock is right, in my case anyway. You're simply asked to make afew movements i.e. bend your leg, etc.

Also, the caugh and drop is not a joke

^^^^^^^^^^^^

Did you have to do the drop and cough at your initial medical before the PRMC/POC or are you just joking? The doctor just asked me if I had two testicles that had dropped, and took my word for it. I expect they definately give out a good feltching after the AIB, never can be too careful.

i can double the vouch for the cough-and-drop.

Its entirely necessary, if not for your health, for the MO's enjoyment :D

No point being shy, I hear once at CTCRM, the showers are cold anyway

Don't worry about your joints.

Worry about making any sudden movements when he inserts a biro like object up your willy.

Looks like I got off lightly, not sure if the finger up the arse was absolutely necessary though.

Hahaha reminds me when a mate of mine attempted some dodgy personal training course (things are ten a penny).

Guy who run it insisted on taking "essential" measurements, which all orientated around the groin area included a buttock one for whatever reason. Freaky thing as he was a Vicar as well lol.
