LONDON ATTACKS

Many of us knew that London would be attacked by terrorists. It still doesn't reduce the ugly surprise of today's events.

We can each help. I suggest that anyone who wants to help, but thinks that they can't, can

GIVE BLOOD

You might not be able to do so at your local hospital - but they should be able to advise you. Blood supplies will be directed to London as required.

There was a demand for blood during the Clapham Junction Disaster - today will necessitate a greater need.

You need to be 18+. Get a decent meal down you first and do not drink alcohol. If you're on medication or are ill then you'll probably be unsuitable. Seek advice.
