No worries Dave, we didn’t get to see foundation block in the end, am a little peeved about that to be honest. I would of rather seen that than be the test subject for the un armed combat demonstration :o :P.

prez, the atmosphere seemed really laid back to be honest. We rarely saw other troops running around, the place seemed like a ghost town.

Amazing view from bottom field though, its worth going there just to see that.

Cheers klinkers.

I was due back last night, ok I arrived home 9 hours late, but, then we all thought it would be best to get to know the lads we would be going through training with better

Shoulder is fine, and it wants to be as well, after spending nearly £800 on phiz sessions, and 6 months away from the only sport I love!!!

Best scores pre prmc were roughly the same, turns out I was doing my sit ups wrong though, I did 3 miles in 20:18 cross-country. And ALLOT!!! of sprint work (paid dividends on bottom field).

Make sure when your doing gym test 1 you perform the exercises flawlessly, as they WILL!!!! knock blocks of press-ups sit ups off etc.

Many are called, but few are chosen 8)
99.999% need not apply, and now that doesn`t include you mate. 8)
Do well Lew. The road is hard and there will be many times when you`ll feel like wrapping.
Head down, arse up, get into it and listen to your training team. They actually are there to help, even if it doesn`t seem like it

Hey johnno, I was in the room next to the DC guys. Had a dragon tattoo on my arm and was either wearing a charcoal grey suit, brown short sleeve shirt or sleeveless tops about the place. What bib colour and number were you, I was purple 5.

I'm looking to start foundation with the first new troop after summer leave, thats when the other lads in my room are all going for as well.

Well done on passing as well mate.

EDIT - if it helps anymore I was the one the PTI was choking on the un armed combat demo!!!
