i passed rsc on wednesday.i was at perbright (incase anyone wants to know exactly what goes on at rsc).
i did quite well i think- bft in 8:48,14 heaves,120 odd in all my lifts.we didn't do any sit-ups or press ups for some reason but i can do roughly 70 press ups and 65 sit-ups.
